ROLE OVERVIEW

- Job Title: Principal Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
- Primary Expertise: Global Payroll, Absence Management, Core HR
- Secondary Expertise: Workforce Compensation

POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a senior Principal Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with experience to architect, implement, and optimize our global enterprise HR ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings mastery over Oracle Fusion Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR modules, backed by strong expertise in Workforce Compensation. You will serve as the lead functional architect, translating complex business processes and statutory rules into seamless Cloud configurations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Oracle Fusion Payroll Architecture

- Lead full life-cycle, end-to-end global implementations of Oracle Fusion Payroll.
- Configure payroll components including elements, element entries, balances, costing, and payment methods.
- Write complex Payroll Fast Formulas for custom calculations, balances, and validation logic.
- Manage country-specific statutory compliance, tax rules, and legislative data configurations.
- Oversee parallel payroll runs, retro-pay processing, and month-end/year-end closing procedures.

1. Core HR & Absence Management Mastery

- Architect Enterprise and Workforce structures including Legal Entities, Business Units, Jobs, and Positions.
- Design global employment models, assignment structures,



and complex transaction approval workflows.
- Configure Absence Plans, Types, Reasons, Accrual Matrices, and Qualification Rules.
- Establish seamless, automated functional integration between Absence Management and Payroll.

1. Workforce Compensation (Secondary Module)

- Configure annual reward cycles, merit structures, bonus components, and budget pools.
- Set up Salary Basis, Individual Compensation Distributions (ICP), and Total Compensation Statements.
- Design manager allocation sheets embedded with real-time analytics for compensation planning.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 12 years in ERP/HRMS, with 7+ years dedicated specifically to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Track Record: Proven delivery of at least 3-4 end-to-end, full life-cycle global HCM implementations.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Rapid Formulas, SQL, PL/SQL, and HCM Data Loaders.
- Communication: Exceptional client-facing capabilities, leadership skills, and executive stakeholder management.
- Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Certification: Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud or Oracle Global Payroll Cloud Certified Specialist.
- Modern UI: Hands-on configuration experience with the Oracle Redwood User Experience (UX).
