- Delphos was founded by Rachit Parasrampuria , a Computer Science and Economics graduate from Cornell University . Prior to founding Delphos, Rachit led Portfolio Monetization within Citadel's Equity Quant Research team , where he built systematic strategies and scalable investment pipelines for multibillion-dollar portfolios.
- As Delphos builds and scales its Portfolio Management Services (PMS) business , we are looking for a Principal Officer to take responsibility for the oversight of the PMS function.

- We are looking for a Principal Officer – Portfolio Management Services (PMS) to oversee the investment management, operations, risk management, and regulatory framework of our PMS business.
- This is a senior role with significant ownership across portfolio management, investment processes, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance .

Responsibilities

- Oversee portfolio management and investment operations of the PMS business.
- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI PMS regulations, circulars, and regulatory requirements .
- Supervise portfolio construction, investment processes, and risk management .
- Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls, policies, and operating procedures .
- Oversee regulatory reporting, disclosures, and compliance requirements .
- Coordinate with SEBI, custodians, auditors, and other market intermediaries .
- Establish appropriate governance and oversight frameworks for investment management activities.




- Continuously improve the firm's investment processes, risk controls, and operating framework .

Requirements

Mandatory SEBI Eligibility

Candidates must satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements prescribed by SEBI for appointment as Principal Officer of a Portfolio Manager.

Educational / Professional Qualification

Candidates must possess at least one of the following:

- Professional qualification in Finance, Law, Accountancy, or Business Management from a recognised university or institution; or
- CFA Charter from CFA Institute; or
- Completion of the NISM Post Graduate Program in Securities Market (Portfolio Management) of at least one year.

Relevant Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in related activities in the securities market , including experience with a Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker, Investment Adviser, Research Analyst, or as a Fund Manager.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory Services, or areas related to Fund Management .

NISM Certification

- Must hold the relevant NISM certification prescribed for a Principal Officer of a Portfolio Manager , including NISM Series XXI-B: Portfolio Managers Certification Examination , or be eligible and willing to obtain the required certification prior to appointment, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Additional Requirements

- Strong understanding of Indian capital markets and investment management .
- Strong understanding of the regulatory framework governing PMS in India .
- Experience with portfolio construction, investment processes, and risk management .
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently own and oversee a regulated business function .
