We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Presentation Design Coordinator (or Workflow Coordinator) to manage and streamline our design operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in presentation design and a passion for project coordination and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of presentation design projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Support the creation of high-end PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, brochures, posters, and other deliverables, collaborating closely with design teams.
- Translate client briefs into actionable project plans, clearly defining timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Monitor ongoing projects, managing resource allocation, workflow timelines, and task prioritization.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all outputs meet the highest standards of design, accuracy, and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and gathering feedback.
- Maintain project documentation including status trackers, contracts, and reports.
- Enhance collaboration across teams using effective communication and coordination strategies.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Zoho CRM) to ensure smooth execution and tracking of tasks.

Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or workflow management, preferably within the design or creative industry.
- Strong understanding of presentation design fundamentals.




- Proficiency in PowerPoint is essential; experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and cloud-based collaboration platforms.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with a client-first approach.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
