We are urgently looking for an experienced Presales Specialist - OTT (PSS) with strong expertise in CPaaS, WhatsApp Business, and RCS.
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be based in Kolkata or be willing to relocate to Kolkata. Knowledge of the regional language is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute pre-sales strategies for CPaaS/OTT solutions, particularly WhatsApp and RCS.
- Work closely with Product, Business, Technical, and CSD teams to understand offerings and capabilities.
- Create compelling value propositions, solution proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Translate WhatsApp and RCS technical capabilities into customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify current business opportunities and support revenue targets.
- Engage with decision-makers and conduct strategic solution discussions and presentations.
- Lead the preparation and submission of accurate and persuasive RFP/RFI proposals and bids.
- Drive customer success, retention, and wallet-share growth across assigned accounts.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies across CPaaS and OTT.
- Stay updated on Meta and Google ecosystem developments, particularly WhatsApp Business and RCS.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / CPaaS / OTT.
- Hands-on understanding of WhatsApp Business and RCS solutions.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, communication, and proposal-writing skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
- Strong market and competitive analysis skills.
- Willingness to work remotely while being based in/around Kolkata.
