? Key Responsibilities
✔ Connect with potential customers through outbound calls
✔ Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
✔ Explain NoBroker products and services
✔ Follow up with leads and drive conversions
✔ Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team
✔ Maintain customer details and interactions in CRM
✔ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
? Skills Required
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
✔ Positive follow-up and relationship management skills
✔ Comfortable working in a WFH environment
✔ Basic CRM knowledge is an added advantage
