Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from leads generated through digital marketing, property portals, referrals, and campaigns.

- Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, configuration, and investment purpose.

- Qualify leads based on budget, buying requirement, decision-making authority, and expected purchase timeline.

- Explain project details including location, amenities, specifications, pricing, payment plans, possession timeline, and offers.

- Recommend suitable projects/properties according to customer requirements.

- Conduct effective telephonic presentations and product/project pitches.

- Address initial customer questions and objections related to price, location, builder, amenities, and availability.

- Generate and schedule site visits for qualified prospects.

- Coordinate with Sales Managers/Relationship Managers for site-visit handover and follow-up.

- Maintain accurate lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.

- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.Role & responsibilities
