About the Role

ValueAges is looking for a hands-on Presales Executive / AI Presales professional who combines a strong application-development background with excellent customer-facing and solution-consulting skills.

The person will work closely with customers to discover business and technology challenges, understand their application and cloud landscape, identify AI-led opportunities, position the right technology solution, and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations.

This is a customer-facing and technology-driven role requiring regular interaction with business leaders, IT teams, architects, and senior customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete presales lifecycle — discovery, solutioning, demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops, PoCs, and proposals.
- Visit customers and conduct business and technology discovery sessions.
- Understand customer business processes, pain points, application landscape, cloud environment, data ecosystem, and AI requirements.
- Translate business problems into relevant technology, automation and AI-led solutions.
- Conduct compelling product demos, solution walkthroughs, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Partner with sales teams during customer engagements and effectively position solutions with both business and technology stakeholders.
- Develop solution presentations, use cases, architecture views, technical proposals, and other presales collateral.
- Identify potential AI, Agentic AI and automation use cases across different business functions.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams for deeper technical solutioning when required.
- Travel to customer locations for meetings, workshops, discovery and demonstrations.

Required Experience & Skills




- 4–7 years of overall technology experience.
- Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on application development / software engineering experience is strongly preferred.
- Good understanding of enterprise applications and contemporary application architecture.
- Working knowledge of Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, databases, application development and cloud architecture.
- Knowledge and strong interest in AI, Generative AI, LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Ability to quickly understand customer technology environments and translate business requirements into solution approaches.
- Comfortable conducting live demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Confident and articulate, with the ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer engagements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We particularly welcome professionals who started their careers as Application Developers, Software Engineers or Cloud Engineers and subsequently moved into Presales, Solution Engineering, Solution Consulting or other customer-facing technology roles.

An MBA from a reputed institution will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should not be purely presentation-oriented. We are looking for someone who can go deep into technology, understand customer problems, build or configure demonstrations where required, and confidently articulate the business value of AI and enterprise technology.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
