HumanIQ Talent Solutions is hiring on behalf of one of the leading real estate developers in Bengaluru for its premium residential project in Yelahanka.

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals who are passionate about sales and enjoy interacting with prospective homebuyers.

Position

Pre-Sales Executive

Location: Yelahanka, Bengaluru

Role Summary The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound customer enquiries, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team by ensuring a seamless customer engagement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain project details.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for the Sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Update lead status accurately in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for campaign leads.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the pre-sales journey.




- Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets.

Eligibility

Experience

- 14 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Relationship Management, or Real Estate Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

Key Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Positive follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
