Pre-Primary Teacher / Preschool Teacher

- Create and maintain a clean, organized, safe, and child-friendly classroom workplace.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and school procedures.

- Understand the age-appropriate needs of children and basic growth and developmental milestones.

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities according to lesson plans.

- Organize a balanced daily routine that includes active and quiet time, meal breaks, and rest periods based on children's developmental needs.

- Adapt lesson plans, activities, and teaching strategies according to children's individual needs and interests.

- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities, meal times, and rest periods.

- Provide personal care and assistance to children whenever required.

- Address individual needs and encourage positive behavior and social development.

- Communicate with children in an engaging, supportive, and age-appropriate manner.





- Respond appropriately to emergencies and administer basic first aid when necessary.

- Observe and assess children's progress, behavior, participation, and learning outcomes.

- Monitor and document developmental milestones and identify areas requiring additional support.

- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, daily activities, development, and concerns.

- Maintain accurate records related to children's development and classroom activities.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.

- Attend staff meetings and collaborate effectively with teachers and other staff members.

- Support the school in maintaining high standards of childcare, learning, safety, and student well-being.

- Perform other related duties and responsibilities assigned by the School Head.
