TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organisations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.

Our customers are based across the UK, South Africa, the Americas and Australia. Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.

We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

About the role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Analyst to help understand prospective clients' challenges and shape compelling, credible AI solution proposals.

You will support discovery, research, solution scoping and proposal development in close collaboration with the founders and technical team.

What you will do

- Research prospects, industries and business processes before discovery calls.
- Capture pain points, requirements, constraints and success measures.




- Help shape use cases, solution approaches and implementation scopes.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, demonstrations and supporting materials.
- Coordinate inputs from consulting and engineering colleagues.
- Maintain explicit records and support handover from sales to delivery.

What we are looking for

- One to four years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, business analysis, enterprise sales or technology.
- Strong commercial curiosity and structured thinking.
- Excellent presentation and business-writing skills.
- Ability to understand client problems and communicate value clearly.
- Interest in AI and enterprise technology.
- Responsiveness, ownership and attention to detail.

It would be helpful if you have

- Experience with proposals, RFPs or solution demonstrations.
- Exposure to software services or digital transformation sales.
- Experience engaging senior business stakeholders.
