Job Role: Power BI & PL/SQL Developer (Banking/Finance)

Job Type: Contract (6 Months)

Job Location: Remote (India)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Power BI & PL/SQL Developer to join our Finance Technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL and financial/banking reporting, with the ability to understand business requirements and deliver solutions independently from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and understand reporting and technical requirements from clients and business stakeholders.
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualizations for finance and banking requirements.
- Develop complex Oracle SQL queries, PL/SQL procedures, functions and packages.
- Extract, transform and validate data from Oracle databases for reporting and analytics.
- Work closely with business users to understand data and reporting requirements.
- Take ownership of solutions and manage delivery from requirement gathering through development, testing and implementation.
- Perform data validation,



troubleshooting and performance optimization.
- Ensure reports provide accurate and meaningful financial information.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, technology teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide support and enhancements for existing Power BI and PL/SQL solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Power BI and Oracle PL/SQL development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience in developing finance management reports and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of Oracle databases and data extraction.
- Ability to independently gather requirements and manage end-to-end delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
