About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer with strong ETL expertise to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will own the complete data pipeline — from extracting and transforming raw data to building insightful, interactive dashboards in Power BI. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical proficiency across both ETL processes and BI visualization.

Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end BI solutions covering data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and visualization in Power BI

- Build and optimize ETL pipelines to source data from multiple systems (databases, APIs, flat files, cloud platforms, etc.)
- Design data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query (M) transformations for reporting and analytics
- Develop interactive, high-performance Power BI dashboards and reports tailored to business requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across the ETL-to-dashboard pipeline
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Optimize existing ETL workflows and Power BI reports for performance and scalability
- Implement data governance, security (row-level security), and access controls within Power BI
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality, pipeline, and reporting issues
- Document data flows, ETL logic, and dashboard specifications





Required Skills & Experience• 8+ years of overall experience in BI/Data Analytics, with strong hands-on experience in Power BI

- Proven, mandatory experience in ETL development and processes (extraction, transformation, loading)
- Solid understanding of the complete data lifecycle — from raw data extraction through transformation to final presentation in Power BI dashboards
- Solid expertise in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling (star schema/snowflake schema)
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or similar)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and query optimization
- Experience working with large, complex datasets from multiple heterogeneous sources
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices
- Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, scheduling refreshes, workspace management, RLS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional/business teams

Good to Have• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud data platforms

- Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages for data manipulation
- Exposure to other BI tools (Tableau, QlikView) is a plus
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments

NotePower BI and ETL are both mandatory, combined skill requirements. Candidates with only Power BI (visualization) experience or only ETL/backend experience without the other will not be considered a fit for this role.
