ROLE SUMMARY

The Portfolio Manager (Sr. Associate) is responsible for managing and supporting a portfolio of startups within the incubator. This role involves tracking startup performance, facilitating mentorship and resources, ensuring milestone achievement, and acting as a key liaison between founders, investors, and internal teams to drive startup growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor the performance of incubated startups across different stages
- Track KPIs, milestones, and progress reports for portfolio companies
- Coordinate mentorship, advisory sessions, and expert support for startups
- Assist startups in business planning, fundraising readiness, and market strategy
- Act as a point of contact between founders, investors, mentors, and incubator management
- Organize demo days, review meetings, and investor interactions
- Identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities within the startup portfolio
- Maintain portfolio documentation, reports, and dashboards




- Support compliance with incubator policies, grant requirements, and reporting standards

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of startup ecosystems, business models, and early-stage ventures
- Analytical skills for performance tracking and portfolio evaluation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple startups simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and startup tracking tools

Academic Qualification
