Key Responsibilities

- Portfolio MIS &
- Analytics

- Lead development of comprehensive MIS dashboards covering sanctions,

disbursements, collections, pipeline, and portfolio performance.

- Generate actionable insights on trends, variances, and emerging risks.

- Identify early warning signals through data analytics (overdues, delays, utilization

patterns).

- Drive automation and standardization of MIS reporting for efficiency and accuracy.

- Escrow Cash Flow Analytics &
- Forecasting

- Analyze escrow inflows/outflows, including customer collections, project receivables,

and debt servicing.

- Forecast key business metrics:

- Disbursement run-rate

- Collection efficiency

- Prepayment trends

- Identify liquidity gaps, timing mismatches, and stress scenarios at project and

portfolio level.

- Escrow Waterfall Monitoring &
- Control

- Track and ensure strict adherence to escrow waterfall mechanisms as defined in

sanction letters and transaction documents.

- End Use certificates

- Identify and flag any deviations, leakages, or misallocations in escrow utilisation.

- Strengthen controls and reporting around escrow operations to minimize operational

and credit risks.

- Portfolio Health Monitoring (DSCR &
- Risk Metrics)

- Track and monitor DSCR and other key financial ratios across the portfolio.

- Support credit monitoring, renewals, and annual reviews with data-backed insights.

- Market Intelligence &





- Strategic Insights

- Track real estate market dynamics:

- Market wise Supply and absorption trends

- Pricing trends

- Inventory levels monitoring

- Regulatory developments

- Asset class trends

- Benchmark portfolio performance against market indicators and peer projects.

- Provide insights to support:

- Current deal evaluation

- Sectoral exposure strategy

- Risk calibration

- Audit, Compliance &

- Governance

- Manage internal and external audit interactions for portfolio analytics.

- Support documentation and responses for regulatory and audit requirements.

- Early Warning Systems &

- Portfolio Surveillance

- Design and implement early warning frameworks using escrow, cash flow, and market

data.

- RAG Reviews

- Monitor covenant & milestones compliance and trigger breaches.

- Business Planning &
- Strategy

- Support annual operating plans, budgeting, and forecasting.

- Provide data-driven projections on growth, yields, and risk metrics.

- Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Credit, Risk, Business, Finance, and Operations teams.

- Act as a central data and analytics partner for cross-functional teams.

- Process Improvement &

- Digitization

- Drive digitization of escrow tracking, MIS, and reporting frameworks.

- Implement analytical tools (Excel models, BI dashboards, automation solutions).
