Panaji

Company Description Set Narrative is a full-spectrum strategic communications agency that operates across advertising, marketing, public relations, political and corporate communications, social media, and intelligence & analytics. The firm is structured into seven integrated divisions that work under a single unified strategy to influence and manage public perception. Unlike agencies that specialize in just one discipline, Set Narrative coordinates every lever of communication, from TV campaigns and political ground operations to social media, corporate reputation management, and data-driven insights.

The company serves brands, political leaders, corporations, and individuals who need to be heard, win support, build trust, or protect their reputations. Team members join a fast-paced environment focused on setting narratives rather than reacting to them.

Role Description The Political Campaign Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing political campaigns for clients. This role includes developing campaign strategies, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating field operations, and aligning messaging across digital, print, and on-the-ground activities.

The Political Campaign

Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams in advertising, social media, PR, and analytics to ensure cohesive voter targeting and advocacy efforts. Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing campaign staff and vendors, monitoring performance data,
