Key Responsibilities:

- Establish and support Project Management Office (PMO) frameworks and governance processes.

- Develop project dashboards, MIS reports and management review presentations.

- Develop, review and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.

- Track project progress against baseline schedules and identify delays / critical path, deviations and critical risks.

- Perform schedule analysis, look-ahead planning and recovery planning.

- Monitor productivity, resource deployment and project milestones.

- Monitor project cash flow, unbilled position, commercial status and key contractual milestones.

- Time to complete & cost to complete forecasting, variance analysis and performance improvement initiatives





- Perform cost variance analysis and identify potential budget overruns

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in PMO, Project Controls, Project Monitoring

- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and Advanced Excel

- Knowledge of project governance, KPI management, risk management and reporting frameworks.

- Having knowledge of AutoCAD / 2D or 3D drawings & BIM modelling

- Robust communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills

- Willingness to travel extensively across project sites
