REQUIREMENT SUMMARY The Senior PMO Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving project management excellence within the BFSI sector, specifically focusing on life insurance products and services. Based in Mumbai, this role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including product, actuarial, IT, and external partners, to ensure seamless project execution.

Description

- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in project management within the BFSI sector, with a focus on life insurance.

- Proven experience with the Coherent Spark Platform and Life Asia system integrations.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with product, actuarial, IT, and BSG teams.

- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results within tight deadlines.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous process improvement.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead and manage project portfolios, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.

- Facilitate integration across various workflows and systems, including the Life Asia system, to streamline operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, actuarial, IT, and external partners to ensure project success.

- Utilize the Coherent Spark Platform to drive project innovation and efficiency.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to update on project progress, address issues, and refine project plans as needed.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports using MS Office tools, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements
