Job Summary

You will join Arvind Global Capability Center Pvt. Ltd. in the Finance department as Manager PMO Finance, based in Ahmedabad, and support structured execution of finance programs and operational priorities. In this individual contributor role, you will coordinate planning, tracking, governance, and follow-up across finance workstreams, helping ensure timely delivery, explicit visibility, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate finance PMO activities, track action items, and maintain clear status updates across assigned workstreams.

- Support planning and review cycles by consolidating inputs, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups.

- Monitor progress against agreed deliverables and escalate risks, delays, and blockers in a timely manner.

- Prepare concise management updates, dashboards, and meeting notes for finance leadership and stakeholders.

- Facilitate cross-functional coordination with internal teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.

- Maintain documentation,



trackers, and governance records to support transparency and execution discipline.

- Follow up on open items, validate closure evidence, and ensure decisions are captured clearly.

- Identify process gaps and support small improvements to strengthen PMO effectiveness and reporting quality.
