- Perform installation, repair, inspection, and maintenance of restroom plumbing systems.

- Maintain faucets, taps, flush systems, urinals, wash basins, shower fittings, pipelines, and floor drains.

- Identify and repair water leaks, blockages, corrosion, and damaged plumbing components.

- Ensure proper water pressure, flow, hygiene, and leak-free operation.

- Carry out preventive maintenance and maintain accurate service records.

- Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness during and after plumbing work.

Key Responsibilities

Restroom Fittings &

- Maintenance:

- Inspect and maintain faucets, taps, flush systems, urinals, wash basins, and shower fittings.

- Replace damaged or leaking fittings.

- Apply appropriate sealants to prevent water leakage.

- Test fittings after maintenance to ensure smooth operation.

Preventive Maintenance

- Conduct routine inspections of restroom plumbing systems.

- Identify early signs of leaks, corrosion, and blockages.

- Apply preventive measures such as sealants, filters, and periodic flushing.

- Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.





Restroom Water Pipeline

- Inspect pipelines for leaks, corrosion, and physical damage.

- Repair or replace faulty pipeline sections.

- Ensure proper water pressure and flow.

- Test repaired pipelines for proper functioning and durability.

Restroom Blockage Removal

- Identify and transparent blockages in toilets, urinals, wash basins, and floor drains.

- Use appropriate tools such as rods, plungers, and jetting machines.

- Ensure smooth water flow after blockage removal.

- Dispose of waste material safely and hygienically.

Site Preparation &

- Safety

- Barricade work areas and place warning signs where required.

- Use appropriate PPE, including gloves, boots, masks, and goggles.

- Handle plumbing tools and chemicals safely.

- Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness throughout the work.

Execution &

- Quality

- Perform plumbing activities according to approved methods and procedures.

- Ensure fittings, pipelines, and drains are leak-free and functional.

- Check water flow and pressure after completing repairs.

- Restore and clean the work area after completion.
