Role & responsibilities :

Conduct field visits to meet potential plot buyers and investors.

Promote and sell residential plots and investment plots.

Identify potential customers through local market activities and site visits.

Generate leads through field marketing, referrals, and local networking.

Explain plot details such as location advantages, pricing, documentation, and investment advantages.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for plot bookings.

Coordinate with internal teams for site visits, documentation, and deal closure.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to convert leads into bookings.

Track market trends and competitor projects in the real estate plot segment.

Requirements:

Any Graduate/12th pass .

Min 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Plot Sales / Field Sales.

Strong knowledge of plot projects and real estate market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Comfortable with daily field visits and customer meetings.

Target-driven and result-oriented personality.

Preferred candidate profile:

Only real estate experienced candiadtes are eligible salary - 4 to 6 lac p.a based on experience incentives : 0-80 K (No capping)

Education: 12th Pass
