We are looking for an experienced Wealth Management Platform Lead with solid expertise in the Wealth Management domain, platform delivery, integrations, and production/incident management. The candidate will own platform implementations, enhancements, integrations, production support, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead implementation, enhancement, integration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives for Wealth Management platforms.
- Act as a Wealth Management platform SME, working closely with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, and vendors.
- Manage production support, P1/P2 incidents, technical escalations, RCA, problem management, and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, integration, database, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Drive platform stability, performance, availability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage releases, deployments, change requests, defects, and technical dependencies.
- Provide regular updates on delivery, incidents,



risks, platform health, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.

Domain & Platform Expertise

- Strong experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Management.
- Good understanding of Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Fixed Income, Trading/Order Management, KYC, Custody, Corporate Actions, and Wealth Operations.
- Experience with platforms such as Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth Management, FLEXCUBE or similar.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Banking/Financial Services technology.
- Strong Wealth Management domain and platform experience.
- Proven experience in platform delivery, enhancements, integrations, and production support.
- Strong Incident Management, Problem Management, RCA, Change/Release Management, and SLA experience.
