Role & responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and utility-related issues.

- Maintain and monitor compressors, pumps, DG, air-conditioning, and other utility systems.

- Monitor power, water, compressed air, and other utility services.

- Conduct regular inspection of machines and utility equipment.

- Maintain maintenance checklists, breakdown reports, and service records.

- Coordinate with Production and other departments for maintenance requirements.

- Maintain spares, tools, and maintenance materials.

- Coordinate with external vendors and service engineers when required.

- Support installation, commissioning, and shifting of machinery.

- Ensure proper 5S,



housekeeping, safety, and PPE compliance in the maintenance area.

- Identify recurring breakdowns and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

- Ensure maximum machine availability and minimum production downtime.

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic knowledge of Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance.

- Knowledge of Pneumatics and Hydraulics will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.

- Ability to troubleshoot equipment and attend breakdowns.
