About the Role

Vandana Organic Trade Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to take complete responsibility for the operations of our Soya Chunks / Texturized Vegetable Protein (TVP) manufacturing plant in Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in food processing, extrusion-based manufacturing, production planning, manpower management, quality control, maintenance and plant operations .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the Soya Chunks/TVP manufacturing plant.
- Plan and achieve daily, monthly and annual production targets.
- Monitor the complete production process, including extrusion, drying, cooling, sizing and packing .
- Ensure consistent product quality and productive production processes.
- Manage production manpower, shifts, operators and overall workforce productivity.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Reduce production losses, wastage and machine downtime.




- Ensure optimum utilisation of raw materials, machinery, manpower and utilities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain production records, MIS and daily plant performance reports.
- Monitor production yield, efficiency and operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards .
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Train, guide and supervise production staff and operators.
- Ensure production schedules are achieved as per customer and business requirements.
