job Summary We are seeking a skilled Plant Maintenance Engineer to ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and reliability of manufacturing equipment and utilities. The candidate will be responsible for preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities ✅ Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

✅ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

✅ Maintain Press Shop machines (16–200 Ton Mechanical & Hydraulic Presses).

✅ Monitor and maintain utility equipment such as air compressors, DG sets, cooling systems, and material handling equipment.

✅ Analyze machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

✅ Coordinate with production teams to ensure maximum machine availability and productivity.

✅ Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and machine history cards.

✅ Ensure compliance with safety standards, TPM, 5S, and maintenance best practices.





✅ Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for procurement and servicing

. ✅ Support installation, commissioning, and relocation of recent equipment.

✅ Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Required Skills ∙Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical systems. ∙Experience in Press Shop maintenance.

∙Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and maintenance manuals. ∙Knowledge of TPM, Preventive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, and 5S. ∙

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ∙Proficiency in maintenance documentation and reporting.

Preferred Skills ∙Experience in Automotive, Aerospace, Precision Engineering, or Manufacturing Industries. ∙Exposure to PLC-based systems and automation equipment. ∙Knowledge of EHS and statutory maintenance compliance.
