Job Title: Planning Manager Construction

:

We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to manage project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and project controls for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
- Develop baseline schedules, work programs, and project execution plans.
- Monitor planned vs. actual project progress and identify schedule deviations.
- Track project milestones, critical path, and key activities.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports and MIS reports.
- Prepare Look-Ahead Schedules, S-Curves and Progress Reports.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Consultants, Contractors and Subcontractors.
- Analyze delays and prepare recovery / catch-up plans.
- Monitor manpower, material, equipment and resource requirements.
- Assist in Delay Analysis and Extension of Time (EOT) Claims.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular planning and progress review meetings.




- Ensure project activities are completed within approved timelines.
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management.

Experience: 815+ years of experience in construction planning/project controls, preferably in residential, commercial, high-rise, infrastructure or EPC projects.
