Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production activities between Planning, Production, Cutting, Assembly, and Stores.

- Communicate production priorities, schedules, changes, and urgent requirements.

- Follow up on production progress and pending quantities.

- Coordinate material availability and issue with Raw Material Stores.

- Track planned vs. actual production and identify delays or shortages.

- Ensure smooth flow of cut components from Cutting to Assembly.

- Prepare daily production and material status reports.

- Follow up on pending actions and escalate delays or production issues.

- Maintain accurate coordination and production tracking records.

- Support daily/weekly production review meetings.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, planning,



or stores coordination.

- Basic understanding of production processes and material flow.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems; Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage.

- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

- Positive problem-solving and time-management abilities.

- Experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing is preferred.
