Key Responsibilities

1.Prepare and maintain project schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6 / MS Project.

2.Develop project baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and detailed execution plans.

3.Monitor project progress and compare planned vs. actual progress.

4.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

5.Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Procurement, and other departments.

6.Identify project delays, risks, and critical activities.

7.Prepare recovery plans and revised schedules to meet project deadlines.

8.Monitor manpower, material, equipment, and resource requirements.

9.Prepare project MIS reports, dashboards, and progress presentations.

10.Track key project milestones and ensure timely completion.

11.Review drawings and coordinate work sequences with the site team.

12.Prepare S-curves, cash flow projections, and resource histograms.





13.Analyze delays and assist in preparing delay reports and claims, where required.

14.Ensure planning and reporting activities are carried out as per project requirements and management standards.
