About the Role

Knovista Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and people-oriented Placement Officer to join our Placement Team.

This role is ideal for candidates with 1+ year of experience in HR, recruitment, or a related field who enjoy interacting with interns, providing career guidance, sourcing companies, and coordinating placement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with interns and provide continuous placement support and guidance.

Conduct intern orientation sessions and explain placement procedures.

Monitor interns’ learning progress, assignments, and project completion.

Follow up with interns regarding training schedules, interviews, and placement activities.

Source and identify companies for suitable placement opportunities.

Coordinate with the placement team to ensure interns are interview-ready.

Maintain accurate records of intern progress, interviews, and communications.

Address placement-related queries and provide timely assistance.





Coordinate with companies and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Support the overall placement process and achieve placement-related targets.

Eligibility

Any Bachelor’s Degree.

HR experience / Recruitment / Placement-related roles is preferred.

Candidates who enjoy interacting with interns and providing career support are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong relationship-building and coordination abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.

Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and career/placement coordination.
