About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and industry-focused Placement Coordinator to lead placement activities for candidates trained under various CSR-funded and State Government-sponsored skill development programs. The role involves employer engagement, candidate placements, industry partnerships, placement reporting, and revenue generation through staffing and apprenticeship initiatives. The incumbent will be responsible for creating sustainable employment opportunities for candidates while strengthening the organization's employer network across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlacement & Employer Engagement
- Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with employers across multiple sectors for candidate placements.
- Develop and expand employer partnerships to create sustainable employment opportunities for trained candidates.
- Understand employer workforce requirements and align suitable candidate profiles for recruitment.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes between employers and candidates.
- Build long-term relationships with industry partners to enhance placement opportunities and retention.
Placement Drive Management
- Plan, organize, and execute placement drives, recruitment events, job fairs, campus interviews, and employer interaction programs across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- Coordinate with training centers and project teams to ensure candidate readiness for interviews and hiring processes.
- Facilitate end-to-end placement activities from employer requirement collection to candidate onboarding.
Candidate Placement & Retention
- Ensure timely placement of candidates trained under CSR-funded and Government-sponsored skill development programs.
- Conduct placement counseling and interview preparation sessions for candidates.
- Track candidate joining status and ensure successful onboarding with employers.
- Conduct post-placement follow-ups to monitor candidate retention and address challenges impacting employment continuity.
- Achieve placement targets as per project and organizational requirements.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date placement databases, employer records, and candidate tracking systems.
- Prepare periodic placement MIS, performance dashboards, and compliance reports.
- Present placement performance and key achievements during stakeholder review meetings.
- Ensure timely submission of reports required by management, CSR partners, and government stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze placement trends, employer engagement metrics, and retention data to improve outcomes.
Revenue Generation & Business Development
- Generate revenue through Temporary Staffing services by identifying and servicing employer manpower requirements.
- Promote and facilitate apprenticeship opportunities under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS).
- Identify new business opportunities related to workforce solutions, staffing, and apprenticeship engagement.
- Support organizational initiatives aimed at expanding placement-linked revenue streams.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with project teams, training centers, CSR partners, government departments, and employers for smooth execution of placement activities.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, employer meetings, placement events, and stakeholder interactions.
- Provide strategic inputs and recommendations to improve placement performance and employer engagement.
Desired Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in placements, recruitment, staffing, apprenticeship programs, skill development, employer engagement, or related domains.
- Experience working in CSR-funded projects, Government skill development programs, or workforce development initiatives will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong networking and employer relationship management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, staffing services, and apprenticeship programs.
- Strong organizational and event management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare insightful reports.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Language Proficiency
- Telugu (Preferred): Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, employers, training centers, and local stakeholders across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
- English: Proficiency in written and spoken English for employer correspondence, report preparation, presentations, stakeholder meetings, and professional communication.
- Hindi: Working proficiency in spoken and written Hindi for coordination with internal teams, employers, and stakeholders across different regions.
Preferred Language Combination: Telugu, English, and Hindi. Candidates proficient in all three languages will be given preference.

- Number of candidates placed.

- Number of active employer partnerships developed and maintained.
- Placement drives and recruitment events successfully conducted.
- Revenue generated through Temporary Staffing and NAPS initiatives.

Travel Requirement The role requires extensive travel across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh for employer meetings, placement drives, candidate support activities, stakeholder interactions, and business development initiatives.
