Role Description The Physiotherapist Homecare – Bengaluru role at PhysioPlus is a full time remote position focused on delivering high-quality physiotherapy services at patients’ homes within the Bengaluru region. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patient conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to support recovery, pain management, and functional improvement.

The role involves maintaining accurate digital documentation, prescriptions, and patient history records through the PhysioPlus platform, ensuring continuity of care and professional standards.



The physiotherapist will coordinate appointments, communicate regularly with patients and caregivers, and collaborate with partner clinics and hospitals when required. Participation in ongoing training, CME programs, and adherence to clinical SOPs is expected to maintain and enhance clinical skills.

Qualifications

- Clinical physiotherapy skills, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners in a homecare setting.
- Ability to use digital tools for documentation, appointment scheduling, and patient management within a remote practice environment.
- Sound knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation principles relevant to homecare physiotherapy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT); Master’s in Physiotherapy (MPT) is an advantage.
- Valid physiotherapy registration as per local regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in homecare, outpatient, or hospital-based physiotherapy is preferred.
- Capacity to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel locally within Bengaluru for home visits when necessary.
- Commitment to ongoing learning, participation in CME programs, and adherence to professional ethics and patient safety standards.
