Role Description The Piano Trainer will conduct live online classes for children and teenagers, teaching piano fundamentals, music theory basics, and performance skills in a structured yet engaging manner. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering interactive sessions, demonstrating techniques, assigning practice exercises, and monitoring student progress.

The trainer will provide regular feedback to learners and parents or guardians, adapt teaching methods to different skill levels, and maintain a positive,



encouraging learning environment. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent availability for scheduled classes, internal meetings, and curriculum discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong piano performance skills and solid understanding of basic to intermediate music theory.
- Experience in teaching piano or music to children and teenagers in individual or group settings.
- Ability to design and follow structured lesson plans while keeping sessions engaging and age-appropriate.
- Comfort with online teaching platforms, basic computer skills, and stable internet connectivity.
- Clear, patient, and inspiring communication style with strong classroom management in a virtual environment.
- Formal training in music (diploma, certification, or degree) is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Fluency in English or other relevant regional languages to effectively interact with learners and families.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule to accommodate different time zones and student schedules.
