Kareverse is a fast-growing elder care startup on a mission to help older adults stay mobile, active and independent. We're looking for a Physiotherapist to own our physical assessment practice and set the clinical standard for how we care for older adults.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll run assessments across our community camps and home visits, build the methods we assess by, and keep the quality of our partner physiotherapists high.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Conduct physical, balance and mobility assessments for older adults — at community camps and in their homes
- Own and refine our assessment protocol — the tests, scoring and standards we work to
- Oversee and quality-check our network of partner physiotherapists, so every client gets consistent, high-quality care
- Turn assessment findings into clear,
practical recommendations for clients and their families
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Registered physiotherapist (IAP member / valid state registration)
- Own vehicle — you'll travel to camps and homes across Bangalore
- Bonus: experience in geriatric physiotherapy
