Role Description The Physiotherapist will work full time on-site at the Painflame Clinic in Gurugram, providing hands-on, evidence-based care to patients with musculoskeletal and spinal conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering physiotherapy interventions such as manual therapy, exercise therapy, and rehabilitation programs aligned with Painflame’s drug-free, non-surgical approach. The role involves collaborating closely with chiropractors and other clinicians, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients on posture, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs.
The Physiotherapist will also support clinic operations by ensuring high standards of patient safety, service quality, and professional ethics.
Qualifications
- Relevant academic background, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and spine-related physiotherapy.
- Experience with manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and rehabilitation program design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team, including chiropractors and other healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education, counseling, and rapport-building.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment with high patient volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
- Commitment to evidence-based, drug-free, non-surgical pain management and continuous professional development.
- Valid skilled registration or license as required by local regulations; prior experience in a specialty spine or pain clinic is an advantage.
