Job Title: PHP Developer

Job Type: Full-time | In office

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance PHP-based websites and web applications.

- Build new modules, forms, features, and backend functionality.

- Maintain and improve existing website functionality and code.

- Work with MySQL and other relational databases.

- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.

- Collaborate with frontend and Design teams to implement website requirements.

- Ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.

- Identify and resolve bugs, technical issues, and performance problems.

- Optimise website speed, database queries, and overall application performance.

- Implement technical requirements provided by SEO and Marketing teams.

- Work on website deployment, hosting, and server-related tasks.

- Use Git/GitHub for version control and code management.

- Maintain clean, scalable, secure, and well-documented code.

- Implement website security and basic accessibility best practices.

- Support integrations such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM, payment gateways, and other third-party platforms.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in PHP.

- Good knowledge of MySQL / relational databases.

- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.

- Strong understanding of backend development and web application architecture.





- Experience with Git/GitHub and version control.

- Good knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting.

- Understanding of website performance optimisation.

- Basic knowledge of website security practices.

- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with Laravel or another PHP framework.

- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.

- Experience in Education, EdTech, or University websites.

- Knowledge of server and cloud hosting environments.

- Understanding of technical SEO requirements.

- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager integration.

- Basic knowledge of WCAG/accessibility standards.

- Experience with website security and optimisation.

- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT/Codex, etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant PHP development experience.

- Strong backend development experience.

- Experience working on live, high-traffic, or large-scale websites.

- Education/EdTech/University website experience will be an added advantage.

- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple internal teams.

- Comfortable working in a full-time, on-site role in Noida.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
