Role Description The Phonics & Public Speaking Professional Expert will design and deliver engaging phonics and spoken communication sessions for working professionals, younger children, and adult learners in a domestic (India-based) context. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lesson content, conducting live online classes, demonstrating correct pronunciation and speech patterns, and guiding learners in articulation, intonation, and confidence-building activities. The role involves creating age-appropriate learning materials, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching strategies to diverse learning needs.





The expert will collaborate with the academic team to refine curricula, integrate interactive tools, and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time remote role.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in phonics instruction, pronunciation, and spoken English for multiple age groups.
- Experience in public speaking coaching, presentation skills training, and confidence-building for learners.
- Proficient in online teaching tools, virtual classroom platforms, and digital content delivery.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, create engaging learning materials, and tailor sessions to varied learner levels.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field; specialized certifications in phonics or public speaking are an advantage.
- Prior experience teaching children and adults in individual or group settings; experience in e-learning or remote teaching is preferred.

- Strong organizational skills, reliability in managing schedules, and comfort working independently in a remote setup.
