Job Role

- Phlebotomist

- Collect blood and other diagnostic samples from patients at their homes.

- Perform home sample collection efficiently and professionally.

- Follow proper sample collection and handling procedures.

- Complete assigned collection slots within the scheduled working hours.

- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach while interacting with patients.

- Work in the field and travel to assigned customer locations.

- No sales or upselling targets are involved in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Home Sample Collection

- Visit patients at their homes for scheduled sample collections.

- Perform blood sample collection using appropriate procedures.

- Handle and label collected samples carefully.

- Ensure samples are collected and handled according to required standards.

- Complete assigned collection slots on time.

Customer Service

- Interact professionally with patients during home visits.

- Explain the sample collection process when required.

- Ensure a comfortable and smooth experience for patients.

- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling patient information.





Field Operations

- Travel to different customer locations for sample collection.

- Manage daily appointments and assigned collection slots.

- Use a smartphone for appointment and work-related activities.

- Carry and use the required sample collection equipment properly.

Work Details

Working Hours

- Half-day working schedule.

- Opportunity to earn additional income after 12:00 PM.

- Payment: ₹140 per slot.

Eligibility

Required Experience & Skills:

- Vacutainer experience is required.

- Comfortable with field work.

- Good patient-handling and communication skills.

- Ability to perform sample collection safely and efficiently.

Mandatory Requirements

- Two-wheeler.

- Smartphone.

- Relevant phlebotomy/sample collection experience.
