Job Role

- Phlebotomist – Home Collection

- Visit patients' homes for blood sample collection as per the assigned schedule.

- Collect blood samples using Vacutainer and other sample collection procedures safely and accurately.

- Perform ECG procedures when required.

- Fill MER forms and complete required patient documentation.

- Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and documentation of collected samples.

- Maintain the required cold chain for samples.

- Ensure timely transportation and delivery of samples to the laboratory.

- Explain test procedures and fasting requirements to patients when required.

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, patient care, and safety during home visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle blood sample collection professionally and accurately.

- Follow proper sample handling, storage, and transportation procedures.

- Maintain punctuality and complete assigned home collections within scheduled time.

- Ensure proper patient identification and sample documentation.

- Maintain hygiene and follow safety protocols during sample collection.





- Travel within the assigned areas for home collection services.

Eligibility Criteria

- DMLT / MLT certification: Mandatory

- B.Sc Nursing / GNM: Candidates can also be considered

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Vacutainer blood collection is mandatory

- Experience in home sample collection is preferred.

- Two-wheeler with valid driving license: Mandatory

- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Key Skills

- Strong Vacutainer blood collection skills.

- Knowledge of sample handling and storage.

- Knowledge of cold chain maintenance.

- Good time management and punctuality.

- Good patient-care and communication skills.

Salary & Working Hours

- Minimum Guarantee: 170 samples per month

- Rate: ₹150 per collection

- Full time: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

- Part-Time: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM
