We are currently seeking PhD-level STEM experts for a remote AI training project focused on developing expert-level STEM problems that challenge the reasoning capabilities of advanced AI models.

Position

Remote PhD STEM Researcher AI Training Project (Freelance / Remote)

Fields of Expertise

We are looking for candidates with PhD-level expertise in:

- Biology
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Materials Science

Job Responsibilities Selected candidates will participate in AI training tasks, including:

- Creating original, expert-level STEM problems within their area of expertise
- Designing challenging problems that require meaningful multi-step reasoning
- Developing explicit, technically accurate, and verifiable solutions
- Applying advanced subject-matter expertise to test the reasoning capabilities of AI models




- Ensuring submitted tasks meet project guidelines and quality standards

Projects will involve scientific reasoning, technical analysis, advanced problem-solving, and subject-matter expertise. All work is completed remotely through our online platform.

Requirements

- PhD degree in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Materials Science, or a closely related field
- Strong subject-matter expertise in the relevant STEM domain
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Professional English reading and writing ability
- Reliable internet connection and computer access
- High attention to detail

- Academic research or professional research experience
- Experience developing complex academic or technical problems
- Strong scientific reasoning and technical writing skills
- Experience working independently on research or project-based assignments

Compensation

- $100 USD per accepted task
- Compensation is provided for successfully completed and accepted tasks that meet project requirements and quality standards.
