What would you do Individual Case Safety Report ProcessingResponsible for the intake, review, assessment,



and processing of adverse event reports to ensure accurate and timely safety reporting in compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and company quality standards.Management of the Affiliate Mailbox reconciliation of reports per process and performance of all written follow up attempts to include both Reliable and Non serious casesCreate and manage case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-ups for ICSRs in the safety database as per client guidelines and applicable global regulatory requirements.
