Location: Hyderabad – Multiple Locations

Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Pharmacists

PCI Certification: Mandatory

Salary:

Freshers – ₹17,000/- Gross + ₹3,000/- City Allowance + Incentives

Experienced – Salary based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

Prescription Filling

- Attend to doctors’ prescriptions and advise patients regarding medicine dosage.
- Dispense medicines according to prescriptions.
- Coordinate the availability of prescribed medicines when required.
- Consult the doctor before substitution of medicines.
- Cross-check medicines and bills for patient name, medicine, quantity and expiry date.

Customer Service

- Counsel patients/customers regarding medicines and their usage.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and doctors.
- Maintain home-delivery records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle calls related to drug information, patient counselling and home-delivery orders.




- Address patient queries regarding drug therapy and medicine information.
- Handle billing-counter cash when required.

Cold Chain Management

- Store medicines under appropriate refrigeration and security conditions.
- Prepare computerized bills and collect payments.
- Verify quantity, MRP, batch number and expiry date of received stock.

Inventory Management & Sales

- Enter and maintain stock records in the system.
- Maintain records of out-of-stock medicines and follow up accordingly.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper shift handover and takeover.
- Focus on achieving pharmacy sales targets.
- Perform other duties assigned by the pharmacy in-charge.
