Job Title: IT & Pharma Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with experience in both IT and Pharma recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Pharma requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Assess candidates based on job requirements and technical/domain skills.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure positions are closed within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Skills Required





- Experience in IT and Pharma recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Robust negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Consultancy/Staffing recruitment is preferred.
- Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent hiring is an added advantage.
