Job Title: Physics Faculty (Full-Time / Part-Time)

​Position Overview

​The institute is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Physics Faculty to deliver lectures, clear concepts, and mentor students for Board Examinations (CBSE/ICSE/State Boards) as well as foundation or competitive exams (JEE Main / NEET). Both fresh graduates with strong subject mastery and experienced educators are encouraged to apply.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Classroom Delivery: Conduct structured, engaging, and concept-driven Physics lectures for secondary and senior secondary classes (Classes 9th through 12th).
- ​Doubt Resolution: Hold regular doubt-clearing sessions to help students master challenging numerical problems and theoretical concepts.
- ​Curriculum & Test Preparation: Prepare lesson plans, practice assignment sheets, home work modules, and periodic test papers matching board and competitive exam standards.
- ​Performance Tracking: Evaluate test series, analyze individual student progress, and provide constructive academic feedback to students and parents during PTMs.
- ​Content Assistance: Review and update existing study materials, question banks, and solution manuals as per evolving exam patterns.





​Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

- ​Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Physics, or B.Tech / B.E. from a recognized university.
- ​Subject Expertise: Deep understanding of core Physics concepts (Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Optics, Thermodynamics, Modern Physics, etc.).
- ​Experience:
- ​Freshers: Strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a high passion for teaching.
- ​Experienced: 1–5 years of prior classroom or coaching institute teaching experience.

​Required Skills

- ​Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- ​Ability to break down complex physical phenomena and numerical problems into easy-to-understand steps.
- ​Solid classroom management and student engagement capabilities.
- ​Basic digital literacy for handling digital boards or conducting online/hybrid sessions if required.
