· Primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
· Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master corporate calendar of all conferences, all-hands events.
· Handle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionally
· Make portfolio for third party manufacturer as per product pipeline
· Take dictation and meeting minutes, accurately enter notes and distribute
· Produce qualified-quality reports, presentations and briefs
· Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
· Delegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the team
· Travel with MD whenever required

Education/Certifications and Experience:
· Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant or in other secretarial position. Freshers also Welcome
· Graduation in any stream.
· Certification in advance Excel will be preferable
· Experience in FMCG industries will be advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
