Role Description The Perfume Store Associate / Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. The individual in this role will welcome customers, provide product information, and guide them in selecting perfumes that match their preferences and needs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling retail sales transactions, maintaining store displays and cleanliness, managing inventory, and assisting with visual merchandising. The role also involves building customer relationships, promoting loyalty programs, and supporting in-store marketing or sampling activities.



The associate / intern will collaborate with the store team to ensure a professional, engaging, and fragrance-focused shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Solid customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Loyalty, with the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Effective Communication skills to explain product features, scent profiles, and recommendations clearly and confidently.
- Retail Sales experience or aptitude, with comfort in handling transactions, upselling, and meeting store targets.
- Basic Store Management abilities, such as organizing displays, monitoring inventory, and supporting daily operations.
- Interest in perfumes, fragrances, or beauty products, with a willingness to learn about scent notes and trends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Professional, inclusive, and respectful attitude when interacting with diverse customers and team members.
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience is beneficial; internship or entry-level candidates with strong motivation are encouraged to apply.
