Responsibilities

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering.

- Positive understanding of performance testing concepts, including Load, Stress, Volume, Endurance, and Scalability testing.

- Hands-on experience with LoadRunner for creating, executing, and maintaining performance test scripts.

- Experience working with Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, and TruClient protocols.

- Basic knowledge of LoadRunner scripting, correlation, parameterization, and result analysis.

- Experience in performance testing of web applications, APIs, and enterprise applications.

- Understanding of performance monitoring and bottleneck identification.

- Ability to execute performance tests, analyze reports, and document observations and recommendations.

- Familiarity with application monitoring and log analysis tools such as ELK Stack or similar monitoring solutions.





- Basic knowledge of Oracle databases, including database performance monitoring and SQL queries.

- Experience using test management and defect-tracking tools such as Quality Center (ALM), Jira, or Azure DevOps.

- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS, or Oracle Forms environments is an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of AWS or Azure Cloud platforms.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Valuable communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with development, testing, and business teams.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.
