About the Role We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive online sales and customer acquisition.

We are specifically looking for someone who has hands-on experience scaling premium or luxury brands through Meta advertising and can demonstrate a proven track record of generating significant sales.

This is not a general digital marketing or social media role. Our primary focus is Meta Performance Marketing and measurable sales results.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads.
- Develop and run different campaigns for different regions, cities, and target audiences.
- Create strategies for customer acquisition, retargeting, remarketing, and conversions.
- Test different creatives, audiences, campaigns, offers, and funnels.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue, and profitability.
- Manage and scale advertising budgets based on campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing concepts.
- Understand customer psychology and positioning for premium-priced products.
- Develop strategies to sell products in the ₹5,000–₹50,000 price range.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and advertising strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on advertising spend, leads, conversions, revenue, and ROAS.

Experience We Are Looking For Proven Meta Ads / Performance Marketing experience is mandatory.

We strongly prefer candidates who have previously worked with premium, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, or high-value consumer brands, such as:





- Premium / luxury clothing
- Footwear
- Sunglasses & eyewear
- Watches
- Fashion accessories
- Jewellery
- Premium lifestyle products
- Luxury consumer goods
- Other similar high-value categories

Candidates should be able to showcase actual results from previous campaigns, such as:

- Advertising budget managed
- Sales/revenue generated
- ROAS achieved
- Customer acquisition cost
- Conversion rates
- Successful campaigns or brands handled

Candidate Profile
- 2 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven experience in sales-focused advertising, not just engagement or reach campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Facebook/Instagram conversion campaigns, retargeting, lookalike audiences, Pixel/Events, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Experience marketing products in the ₹5,000–₹50,000 price range is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, test, optimize, and scale campaigns.
- Experience with premium/luxury brands will be a major advantage.

Important SEO is secondary. Meta Ads is the primary requirement.

We are not looking for a candidate whose main expertise is SEO, social media posting, or content management.

We want a results-driven performance marketer who knows how to turn Meta advertising into actual sales.
