About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing platforms, data analysis, lead generation, and ROI-driven campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business and campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Create and manage campaign structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, and placements.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Work closely with the Creative, Content, Social Media, and Business Development teams to improve campaign performance.




- Track leads and conversions using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking systems.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective strategies to improve results.
- Stay updated with advertising platform changes, algorithms, policies, and emerging performance marketing trends.

Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion funnels.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3–4 years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing.
- Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta, or digital marketing will be an added advantage.
