Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize all paid digital marketing campaigns for our D2C business. The role will focus on driving customer acquisition, maximizing ROI, improving conversion rates, and scaling revenue through performance channels such as paid search, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.

Plan, execute and Hands-on experience with optimizing performance campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Blinkit Ads to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Analyze data, manage budgets, run A/B tests, and scale campaigns of D2C. Growth-driven professional focused on performance, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Skilled in campaign strategy, performance optimization, ROI-driven growth, and data analysis. Energetic individual with a strong growth mindset and focus on scaling digital sales

Relevant experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, Experience handling paid campaigns for D2C or e-commerce brands, Proven track record in ROAS, CAC reduction, and lead/sales generationKey Skills:Key SKills

? Multi-brand or portfolio brand experience

? Background in nutrition,



wellness, FMCG, or beauty

? Familiarity with email marketing / CRM tools

? Content strategy or influencer marketing exposure

Mandatory

? Independently managed Meta Ads Google Ads (?10L /mo spends)

? Demonstrable ROAS improvement with specific numbers

? Built or significantly shaped a brand identity from scratch

? Hands-on with Shopify or WooCommerce

? Experience on Amazon, Flipkart & Quick Commerce platforms

? Strong written communication and brand storytelling ability

Target Industry: 2 years in a D2C or e-commerce brand (no agency)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
