Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist to take independent ownership of our digital lead generation and online visibility.

The role will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and optimising our Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO initiatives with a clear focus on generating qualified leads and improving conversions.

This is an execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly on campaign dashboards, analysing performance and continuously improving results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up and manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max and Remarketing

• Plan and manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram

- Develop lead-generation and retargeting strategies for different target audiences

• Manage campaign budgets and optimise for CPL, lead quality and conversions

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and audience research

• Manage on-page, off-page, technical and local SEO

- Improve organic search rankings and website traffic

• Manage and optimise Google Business Profile

• Set up and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Meta Pixel

- Ensure accurate conversion and event tracking across campaigns




- Analyse landing-page performance and recommend improvements to increase conversions
- Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, audiences, creatives and landing pages
- Track leads from source to enquiry quality and work closely with the internal team to understand which campaigns are generating relevant business opportunities
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports covering ad spend, CPL, conversions, lead quality, SEO performance and key recommendations

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing

• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads

- Demonstrable experience in generating leads through paid campaigns
- Good understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make optimisation decisions
- Ability to independently manage campaigns from strategy and setup through optimisation and reporting
- Solid understanding of lead funnels and landing-page conversions

Experience in interiors, architecture, real estate, furniture, luxury or other high-ticket products/services will be preferred.
