Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for driving customer acquisition and engagement across digital channels. Daily activities include managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, and conducting market research to inform targeting and messaging.

The role involves collaborating with marketing and sales stakeholders to refine marketing strategy, improve funnel performance, and enhance brand visibility. The specialist will regularly analyze data, prepare performance reports,



and recommend tests to improve return on ad spend and overall campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and convey insights clearly.
